The floating dock will be held at Vilankulo However, the harbour at Vilankulo is not large enough to receive the vessel

The South African insurance industry was unwittingly drawn into a potential
diplomatic flare up this week, after two men were arrested off the coast of
Mozambique on an abandoned floating dock.
The dock had suspected radioactive material on board.
After they were caught, the two men claimed that they represented a South
African insurance company and they had been contracted to remove the dock to
South Africa.
After checking the thirteen containers, it was found that the 300 tons of
material were not radioactive.
It is claimed that the dock was released from its principle vessel when it
set sail from Kenya to South Africa. The crew had not noticed the release.
The principle vessel travelled the coast as far as Madagascar to search for
the dock. It had been abandoned off the coast of Vilankulo.
The owner of the dock hired the South African insurance company to move it to
South Africa.
It is believed that the owner of the vessel is from Singapore, although the
name of the South African insurance company has not been made public.
It is unsure now what will be done with the dock. Although it will need to
held in Vilankulo, the port does not have a harbour that is big enough the
receive the 28 meter wide, 16 meter tall and 65 meter long structure.
