FIA annual awards to be held on June 9th, 2011
Product suppliers in the insurance industry will receive prizes in 9 categories.

The Financial Intermediaries Association of Southern Africa (FIA) will be holding its annual awards on June 9th, 2011 at the Sandton Convention Center.
The group will award prizes to product suppliers in the insurance industry in nine different categories, namely:
Short Term Insurer of the Year - Personal Lines
Short Term Insurer of the Year - Commercial Lines
Short Term Insurer of the Year - Corporate
Long Term Insurer of the Year - Risk Products
Long Term Insurer of the Year - Recurring Savings Products
Investment Product Supplier of the Year - Retail Investments
Health Card Product Supplier of the Year
Employee Benefits Product Supplier of the Year
Underwriting Managers
In order to find the best suppliers in each category, the FIA will commission an intensive customer satisfaction survey among member intermediaries.
The results will be made available to those who took part in the survey.
Intermediaries will be assessed in three main categories, namely product quality, service quality and relationship quality.
The gala awards are set to attract over 1,000 people from around South Africa.
